Samartha Mireille Blaise
Co-Founder
The idea of establishing an organization, whose sole purpose would be to
enhance the lives of the disadvantaged or the underprivileged, to feed the
abandoned children of Haiti and to improve literacy among them and beyond,
primarily emerged from Samartha Mireille Blaise’s earnest guts; idea that was
unequivocally and optimistically supported from its conception by her devoted
husband. That idea was imbedded in her through the outset of releasing her first
album, ‘An Nou Chèche l’Inyon’ (Let’ Seek Unity) to the Haitian Christian
community here in the United States of America. Held at Wingate High School in
the summer of 2003, Samartha dedicated the whole program to this noble cause
pledging to contribute one dollar to this noble cause for each CD’s sold. For,
Samartha was born with this special gift of giving from the Almighty. Samartha is
indeed a very compassionate woman who has a peculiar attachment for the
disadvantaged. She genuinely cares for others, showing them love and
compassion.
As a matter of fact, Samartha recalled that at a very young age she used to
share her allowance with a particular beggar she often met on her way to school
back in her native land when she attended primary school. Samartha even
shared her own plate of food with them in spite of her parents’ forbiddance. She
enjoyed doing these types of deeds. She embodies the suffering of human kind.
Touching individual’s life is her daily concern. Samartha M. Blaise genuinely
carried her own legacy throughout the years. Hence the creation of CLF
Ministries, which is like a baby to her.
In addition, Samartha M. is a woman of God, a person of faith who believes in the
absolute power of God whose love and compassion she vows to unconditionally
spread wherever she set foot, practicing what she preaches and joining words
with actions. Samartha Mireille is a real product of the Salesians, one of the
Roman Catholic groups. She was strictly educated by the Salesian Nuns in Haiti.
Their way of living did have an absolute impact on her. She is driven towards
accomplishing the same works on behalf of the less unfortunate. Here she is as a
Licensed Practical Nurse offering her expertise to the shuts-in of her community
and dedicating her life to improving their life’s condition as well.
